It's quiet, my neighbors are good.
Office manager Janine was great, but sadly she's no longer working here.
The other office staff are all working hard to make this a great place to live.
Tricentenial Park is adjacent to the apartments . The park is nice, has a great walking trail. It also has a nice splash pad for kids.
The location is very convenient to everything.
I can be Downtown in 5 minutes, West Mobile, or North Mobile Saraland in 15 minutes or less depending on traffic.
This is truly MIDTOWN
So far, so good 👍.
I love it, recommend anyone looking for an apartment home to give Village At Midtown a try.
The price, size, quality, convenience are hard to beat.

|Recommended: YesGreat location Very spacious living Excellent amenities — From the minute I walked in, I fell in love with the layout. It's an apartment that has the feel and layout of a home. It's very spacious and comfortable.
The front office staff are cordial, and the maintenance team are hard workers. I'm minutes from everything work, Downtown, grocery stores... . I guess that's why they call it Village at Midtown.
On site, the Club House has great amenities pool, fitness center,..
I feel good about my decision to move to the Village at Midtown.

|Recommended: NoBad — I been over here since 2017 now it's like I can't get nothing fixed they been working on my garage for months now everytime I call they rarely answer the phones and when they do they NEVER have answers for nothing like when the garage will be fixed I had I work order put in about a light in one of the bed rooms. I use to love it over here but now it's getting worse day by day the walk ways look so nasty we pay to much money over here to be looking like this

|Recommended: YesMaintenance and response — It’s a nice area i love midtown. People could clean up after their dogs more. The apartments are nice but a few issues with maintenance my ac unit was never working so not really move-in ready and it’s a constant fire sprinkler alarm going off.

|Recommended: NoBad management — It takes months before maintenance issues are completed. I am waiting on maintenance issues to be completed from six months ago. Management makes excuse after excuse. They also change management the way people change underwear.

|Recommended: NoFalse advertisement and liars — The property staff is very rude and inconsiderate of residents. The apartments are false advertising that they have emergency maintenance which is a lie because I was told they would come fix my broken refrigerator then later told they not coming and to put my food and child formula in a cooler by the rude property manager.
