|Recommended: NoFalse advertisement and liars — The property staff is very rude and inconsiderate of residents. The apartments are false advertising that they have emergency maintenance which is a lie because I was told they would come fix my broken refrigerator then later told they not coming and to put my food and child formula in a cooler by the rude property manager.

|Recommended: YesGood Help is Hard to Find — VAM, has nice living quarters. However, there is nothing luxurious about them. I received a dirty washer, and a broken dryer. The pipes popped until they installed new showers and toilets. Now, the toilets rock and shower pressure is horrible. I knew two weeks after moving in that I did not want to renew my lease, unfortunately, I did. I must say, the new managers are trying,but I guess, good help is hard to find

|Recommended: YesGood experience — Very good apartment complex and very quiet, over all I love the apartment. Staff a little rude I been asking them about my key since I move in the apartment, the gates never be closed always open for anybody to come into the apartment complex.

Important information is kept private to leave residents guessing. So frustrating It has been since day one We are literally counting down to leave here
